4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your consent, and for the performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Technical data used to secure the website (server logs, reCAPTCHA) is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: protecting the website against automated abuse.

5. Processors and international transfers

We use the following third-party services to operate this website. They act as processors on our behalf.

For the providers marked "United States" above, personal data (typically your IP address) may be transferred outside the European Union. These transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Visitor analytics (Google Analytics) is loaded only if you have explicitly consented through the cookie banner. Without your consent, the service does not run.

6. How long we keep it

Where an enquiry does not lead to a contract, we keep your personal data for a maximum of one year. Where a contract is concluded, the retention period required by Hungarian accounting law applies. Data used for statistics may be retained indefinitely once anonymised.
